Update link for dataset paper

The paper "FAIR Universe HiggsML Uncertainty Challenge Competition (2024)" in the datasets tab has the link to the Archive paper, We have a zenodo page which is better for the dataset itself.

I can open an MR if that helps.

Not sure if this will break the system, as we work with inspirehep entries of papers in our scripts. The zenodo is referenced in the paper, right? So if someone is looking for it, (s)he will find it (after one more intermediate step).

The Zenodo link is referenced in the paper, and the arXiv link is referenced in the Zenodo page. So yes, finding the link wouldn't be an issue.

In general, I think that the framework for datasets could be different from papers, like a table with infos like file size, purpose software repo etc. This helps compare between open-datasets easily. This is far more difficult in implementation and might require a manual oversight.
