Description
As we are using free slip rn_shlat=0. we are also using ln_spc_dyn=.true. (which corresponds to free slip lateral boundary conditions when interpolating near the topography).
However, ln_spc_dyn=.true. might lead to some overshoots of velocities near topography according to Jerome.
