External library guide correction

Maybe is a tricky bug only in some upgraded versions (i´m in the latest version 1.142.1, but i´ve upgraded trough several versions since one year ago) In my server this was the problem, only with the volume in immich-server section the external library dont run, i added the volume to machine-learning and DB section for my docker-compose.yml. Docker down and up, and now it´s running ok.

Feel free to remove / comment out these extra volume mounts in machine-learning and DB sections and see if it makes any difference.

As Matthew posted, these are not needed.
(At your reddit link they haven't noticed "a save button" which explains the issue they had, I guess you already checked that)
