[Feature] Add JPEG XR (JXR) support, including HDR/scRGB

Why this would be useful

This is not just support for an obscure or legacy image format.

NVIDIA HDR screenshots on Windows are stored as JPEG XR (.jxr) files, and many users already have large collections of these screenshots from games.

These screenshots are not going to disappear or suddenly become irrelevant. Users may have hundreds or thousands of existing HDR game screenshots, and they naturally want to keep their original files and import them into their photo management system.

As long as Windows/NVIDIA HDR screenshot workflows continue to produce JXR files, JPEG XR support will remain a relevant use case for Immich.

The lack of JXR support forces users to leave these screenshots outside their Immich library, even though they are legitimate image assets containing valuable HDR information.

Native JXR support would allow users to simply import their existing HDR game screenshot collections into Immich and manage them alongside their other photos and videos.

Related use case

A typical workflow is:

Windows + NVIDIA GPU
        ↓
HDR game screenshot
        ↓
JPEG XR (.jxr)
        ↓
Immich

Users should be able to import these files directly into Immich without having to replace or discard their existing screenshot collections.

This is especially important because these are already-created personal archives. People are not going to delete thousands of existing game screenshots just because the format is inconvenient for one application.

Therefore, supporting JPEG XR would address an existing and long-term use case rather than a temporary or niche requirement.
