The bug

Photo download multipiple times on mobile app.
I test on android, but I think iOS has the same issue.

Reproduction steps

1. Open app on mobile
2. Open photo that was deleted previously or don`t download on the device
3. Tap to button download
4. Wait some seconds
5. The icon that file is donloaded on device dont change and I can tap to button more times
6. Tap to button 3 times
7. Open device explorer immich folder
8. Contains files: foto.jpg, foto (1).jpg, foto (2).jpg, foto (3).jpg

Additional information

You need to check that the file download before download other copies.
But you need to check not only file name, you need check hash too, because it can be store two different files with the same name, e.g. download photo from shared folder
