I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug
Since 2025-10-12, the timeline seems to miss photos.
I noticed it twice, now. Both times I took three photos, but only the first two are shown.
In the second instance, I can see the photo if I go to Library > On this device > Camera.

Reproduction steps
This is somewhat random, but it happened again just now when I took a photo to try it.
- Use camera app to take photo
- Open Immich app
- Wait
- Note image does not appear
