dead link to precomputed LD files

Hi there, it looks as though the link given in the README for the pre-computed LD files doesn't work: https://www.broadinstitute.org/~slowikow/tgp/pairwise_ld/. Do these files still exist somewhere? Thank you!

Poking around on the Broad server, I was able to find files that link here: https://personal.broadinstitute.org/slowikow/GoShifterLd/

However, the link is 403 forbidden at the moment.

@harmjanwestra I uploaded the files to figshare. Could I please ask you to update the links in this repo to point to these files?

We can download the data like this:

unzip data.zip

Or we can also navigate the figshare website and download a single file.
