refactor: remove redundant test and example files

- Remove test_mcp.py: functionality covered by GitHub Actions workflows
- Remove test_install.sh: installation testing handled by CI/CD pipeline
- Remove examples.py: basic usage examples not essential for core functionality

This cleanup reduces repository complexity while maintaining all essential
functionality through existing CI/CD workflows and documentation.
