Door logs "unkown" if ID/PDA is in offhand

Description

If you have your PDA in your offhand and open a door it incorrectly logs who opened the door as "Unkown" instead of checking the ID's information. Do note this is not the same as "Unkown ()" which happens when an ID is unconfigured.

Reproduction

1. Have access to a door.
2. Put your PDA in your off-hand / inactive hand
3. Bump the door
4. use the logprobe on door
5. See Unkown log.

Worth noting (you put the link to it but still) that priority is Main hand then PDA slot, and it does not see anything else. And also you put your PDA in your belt slot, but it does not work for access, logs or even identification (If you wear a hardsuit with your PDA in your belt slot it will show the no id text, not fully related but more ID/PDA jank).
