Certain auto-generated music on YouTube is unable to be downloaded (no age or region restrictions)

bug description

While most tracks are downloading just fine, some are just unable, with cobalt giving back the "i can't access this video. it may be restricted on youtube's side." message. Usually it happened due to the song being age restricted, or available only in certain countries, but these tracks are none of it.

reproduction steps

1. copy the link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hi7HSTqb6wY&pp=ygUPZ3JlbmFkZSAidG9waWMi) for exampe
2. put into the bar
3. try to download
4. receive the message, "i can't access this video. it may be restricted on youtube's side."

I'm also having this same error, i was trying to download music for my digital library and every single song in the album is impossible to download except for one

(The album is "leaving meaning" by SWANS)
