Can't download region locked videos on main instance

bug description

Trying to download any YouTube Music variants of videos (ones where the user is {Artist Name} - Topic or otherwise) returns an error.

reproduction steps

1. Try downloading a square album thumbnail video like this one. You will get an error.
2. Now try downloading a normal video of this song (like a fan made one). It will work.
