The problem
I think it would be very neat to be able to write scripts that can hot-swap helium themes on Linux.
The most obvious example of how this would work would be the Omarchy micro-fork of chromium:

It'd be great to be able to use Helium as an alternative to Chromium on omarchy, but still be able to leverage the same fancy theme switching.
Possible solutions
Copy the prior work in omarchy-chromium
