[Bug]: PWAs crash on launch when helium is closed

Have you tested that this is not an upstream issue or an issue with your configuration?

• I have tried reproducing this issue in Chrome and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in ungoogled-chromium and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in Helium with a new and empty profile using --user-data-dir command line argument and it could not be reproduced there

Description

Installed PWAs crash on startup when attempting to launch while helium is closed

How to Reproduce?

1. Navigate to https://www.photopea.com/ and use the "Install Photopea" button in the omnibar
2. close all helium windows then try to launch the photopea PWA by it's self.

Actual behavior

Photopea doesn't open, system reports the following error Program '/tmp/.mount_heliumGMKfdL/AppRun' not found in $PATH

Expected behavior

PWA opens normally, as it currently does when there's an instance of helium open.

Additional context

I've tried reproducing this issue in Brave and it could not be reproduced there (works as expected). I do not have Chrome or ungoogled installed to test, sorry.
