Would be great to have PiP when watching YouTube videos for example.
Who's implementing?

The problem
I was watching a YouTube video when I was working and wanted to watch it in PiP and noticed that the functionality wasn't in Helium.
Possible solutions
Open a new window of the browser and display the content of the video with the video controls.
