[Bug]: Helium crashes on auto-restart after update

• I have tried reproducing this issue in Chrome and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in ungoogled-chromium and it could not be reproduced there
• I have tried reproducing this issue in Helium with a new and empty profile using --user-data-dir command line argument and it could not be reproduced there

Description

After pressing "Relaunch [to finish updating]" on the about page, the browser tries to automatically restart but crashes.

How to Reproduce?

1. Go to helium://settings/help when there is an update available
2. Click on the button labeled "Relaunch"
3. Observe a crash dialog

Additional context

I have had this occur every update I've used Helium (since around 0.5.2) and manually pressed the button to update.

The updates that didn't crash happened when I was away and likely quit Helium on my own or something like that.
These crashes all happened when I went to the about page and clicked "Restart Helium" (to finish updating).
