Move active tab to new window with a keyboard shortcut

The problem

Currently it is possible to move active tab to a new window, but there's no keyboard shortcut for it. Very handy for people navigating with keyboard most of the time.

Possible solutions

Assign keyboard shortcut for move tab to new window action.
