Improvements for Search tabs flyout

The problem

It currently works very well, but having an option to have it centered like in Edge would be great. It'll be very convenient to have it appear in front of our eyes instead on the right side as it currently is. Thanks to that you can also expand its width, as it feels quite cluttered.

The implementation of it in Edge is quite smart - if you've Search tabs pinned, it appears on the right side. If user unpins it, it appears in the middle instead.

Possible solutions

1. Add option to always center Search tabs flyout, either in settings, or with method I mentioned is implemented in Edge.
2. Add option to expand width of the Search tabs flyout, by at least doubling its width.
