Getting Help

Documentation

Issue Tracking

For bugs and feature requests:

Response Times

We aim to respond to:

  • Security vulnerabilities - Within 24 hours
  • Bug reports - Within 3-5 business days
  • Feature requests - Within 1 week
  • Questions in Discussions - Within 1 week

Note: This is an open-source project maintained by volunteers. Response times may vary.

Before Asking for Help

To help us help you faster:

  1. Search First

  2. Provide Context

    • Python version and OS
    • Agent Control Plane version
    • Minimal reproducible example
    • Error messages and stack traces
    • What you've already tried

  3. Be Specific

    • Clear description of the problem
    • Expected vs actual behavior
    • Steps to reproduce

Community Guidelines

  • Be Respectful - Treat everyone with respect and professionalism
  • Be Patient - Remember that maintainers are volunteers
  • Be Helpful - Help others when you can
  • Be Constructive - Focus on solutions, not just problems
