Create overlay pop-up message

1. Create a generic pop up message (html/css)
2. Create buttons
3. Use full screen z-index overlay /w position:fixed & witdh x height:100%

(Try to make it in a way that it's as generic as possible, so we can change the message box)

(But start with a Log Out box, just like Twitter example below, because it's simple)
