Birds with multiple `release_after_revalidation`

8 birds have more than one observation marked as release_after_revalidation. It would be good if those were checked:

• 29195 | B-AP.OU: 2 consecutive records, 1st should probably be changed.
• 30174 | B-A.ROZ: 2 consecutive records, 1st should probably be changed.
• 31372 | B-LK.OM: 1st in 2015, 2nd in 2020. Probably valid, but 2nd should probably have a sick or wounded and is_capture record before.
• 72585 | B-KP.OJ: 1st in 2020-07, 2nd in 2020-10 with sick or wounded record before. sick or wounded should have is_capture.
• 82451 | B-RRO.K: 1st in 2021-08, 2nd in 2021-09, both times with sick or wounded record before. sick or wounded should have is_capture.
• 83881 | B-MLOG: 2 consecutive records, 1st should probably be changed.
• 85750 | B-MUOL: 1st in 2021-08, 2nd in 2021-09 with sick or wounded record before. sick or wounded should have is_capture.
• 95816 | B-TUO.N: 1st in 2022-08, 2nd in 2022-09 with sick or wounded record before. sick or wounded should have is_capture.

I changed the ones that were wrong. The rest is valid. LKOM, KPOJ, RROK, MUOL and TUON entered the rehab twice. You are right that they should have is_capture when entereing the rehab centre fot the second time, but the thing is that we as admins can not change an observation to capture. Captures must be entered by Jeroen Nienhuis, which is a very inconevnient and time-consuming route.

Ok good to know! In my updated script I rely more on observation_condition (which you can change) than is_capture to identify captures, so having observation_condition be correct is the most important.
