Figure out how easy it is to reupload all data

We know that reference data can be easily overwritten in Movebank by reuploading it. We should figure out how to do that for location data which is also subject to change (corrections often happen years later). It is possible to delete all existing data and upload again, but that changes all eventIDs. Is there a way to prevent that?

• Can we use the update module?

• Does the update module also remove records that should not be there?
• Can we assign eventIDs on our end?
• Does assigning eventID help to remove records that should not be there?

Might be good to test all this in a test-study, uploading a very small file.
