Incorrect locations in 2014_DEMER

I compared the receivers found in dwc:eventRemarks with the receivers in the original detections.csv. The following receivers and associated locations should not be present in the data:

"receiverIDfromEventRemarks","locationID","locality","(Number of Rows)"
"VR2W-112923","V2LCHASES001","(NA)",1

This affects 1 rows. I will remove it from the data, but it should be investigated why they are present.

Same issue with 2015_DIJLE. localityID BON-AR-S2 (1 record) does not appear in receivers. Removed manually.
