Incorrect locations in 2015_PHD_VERHELST_COD

I compared the receivers found in dwc:eventRemarks with the receivers in the original detections.csv. The following receivers and associated locations should not be present in the data:

"receiverIDfromEventRemarks","locationID","locality","(Number of Rows)"
"VR2W-119078","V2LNR085","(NA)",1

This affects 2 rows. I will remove it from the data, but it should be investigated why they are present.

After filtering those out, three outlier remains in Norway at VR2Tx-482236, Bakkasund. That one is present in the originally published source data. Similar to VR2Tx-482292 in #85 (comment))
