Ground truth file for all examples

We need to create a config.json file (and a ground truth file if not already existing) for all the new examples (including the AFNI ones).

Hi Camille, all of my new SPM and FSL files hopefully already have this done. But I am working through the AFNI ones... is the afni gamma basis function example have the same ground truth as the fsl gamma basis example?

Hi @AlexBowring. Good point! The afni gamma basis function example with have a different ground truth (because the shape of the Gamma function is different than the one used in FSL/SPM and we therefore have a different term to represent it).

Hi @cmaumet. Okay, I created a new (empty) ground truth specific for that example and pointed the config.json at it.
