Consider using a self-hosted accessible video player

The IDRC has many videos (design crits, workshops, presentations etc.) that can be used as resources (see #454 ). It would be good to be able to self-host an accessible video player and not have to rely on a 3rd party service like Youtube for these resources.

Any potential video player will need to be assessed for accessibility and customization.
