### Revert the `inspect` workflow definition in Symphony
Removes
[inspect.sym](https://github.com/indexable-inc/index/pull/779/files#diff-cd78a4934c0e32b00b2d8c85b0fa8fcaf98157b2e183e3587353b6ddbf606e5a),
which defined a manual-trigger workflow using a Codex agent. Risk: the
`inspect` workflow can no longer be triggered or executed.
