Feature request: Include indigo_ccd_rpi driver in the official Indigo distribution.

Please include the indigo_ccd_rpi driver in the official Indigo distribution.

This driver requires huge external dependencies. It requires libcamera, which depends on boost and some other libraries. Boost alone is ~700-800MB, and with all other dependencies, it will exceed 1GB. INDIGO itself, with all its drivers and dependencies is less than half of that. On the other hand, the RPI camera driver is a niche driver that 99% of users will never need, yet we will have to install >1GB for everybody if we include this driver. To put it simply, this driver alone will increase the size of indigo installation >3x. It just does not make sense...
