How to validate changes in indiserver

Hello,

I was looking to make some changes to the implementation of the indiserver and I wanted to know how you go about validating and verifying the expected behavior.

I've run the tests locally and they're passing. I am trying to get the Github actions to work on my fork as well but they're giving me some headaches. I just wanted to double check that there isn't some test suite that I was unaware of that I should also be running.
