Blue button's text does not appear

The text on a blue button doesn't appear in white. The drop shadow is there, but the text only appears when you click on the button.

However, if I change the SNRButtonTextColor to greenColor, it does get drawn, but it gets drawn a lot darker than I expect, until I click and then it turns to the correct colour.

Also when the button is being initially drawn, you can see the correct colour which then disappears
