Error on import or deploy to netlify

When I try to import the repo, I get the error: There was an error detecting the repository at https://github.com/ines/course-starter-r. Please check the URL and try again.

When I click "Deploy to Netlify I get the error: Not found: https://github.com/ines/courser-starter-r
This repository may not exist or is set to private.
