Load the site names in case the non-master node is used

### Description

Current behaviour is that, if the user opens console on non-master node (in xsite setup) then while cache creation the list of sites is not loaded, the user should write the site name manually.

This issue suggests to load the site names no matter if the master or non-master node is used.
