After going through the left room with conveyor belts, you can actually enter the other room as well from the back - despite the fact that Erika should have taken care of all grunts.
You can then get softlocked if you battle the last grunt/exec: he can walk one square forward blocking the end of the conveyor. If you then take the 'normal way out', you get stuck at the grunt. Only teleport or an escape rope (or a reset) can get you out.
You probably shouldn't be able to enter the other room at all.
