Present basic Correctiv/Popolo data in Oligrapher 2.0

Write adapter code which makes it possible to render node data from the Correctiv/Popolo data set in https://github.com/aguestuser/show-me-the-money. This will require some form of abstraction within the tool to support both LittleSis data and the non-network JSON.
