In Tasks, hard to find the failure message when the task fails

When a task fails, there is a warning icon to show that it failed, but it is not clickable. If you want to see the reason for the failure, you need to go to Settings/View Task Runs, then select the failed run, and View Task Logs.

We should link from the warning icon to the log directly.
