Add option to disable query logging

Proposal:
Add option similar to query-log-enabled in v1.

Current behavior:
There's only log-level that can be set to error.

Desired behavior:
Have more fine-grained control.

Alternatives considered:
Have more log-levels, but I think selectively enabling / disabling logging is superior.

Use case:
Reducing the amount of "normal" logging to easier spot anomalies.
