Add support for replications to `pkger`

Users should be able to create replication resources via templates. It should be possible to create replications in the same template as the linked bucket & remote-connection resources.

NOTE: The replications metadata schema includes some read-only information about current queue size & latest response status. Those fields shouldn't be exposed / influence anything to do with the pkger.
