disable aggregation for 'view raw data'

By default the web UI data explorer has "auto window period" and "auto aggregate function" enabled even when view raw data is toggled.
This can be very confusing to users unfamiliar with the window period concept (e.g. me coming from MariaDB transferring data).
More importantly what is displayed in the in the table is NOT raw data, it is aggregated.
I suggested that the aggregation is disabled when view raw data is toggled.

We don't aggregate by default in the New Script Editor (we are working on an auto-aggregation feature, but it will be an opt-in rather than the opt-out that is in the current Data Explorer. The table view in the new Script Editor is essentially always the raw table view.
