What iOS / Android versions have you tested this on? Any idea if it works on Windows Phone 8?

Would be nice if there could be some documentation in the README about supported platforms.

Ah, thanks for pointing that out. I actually don't currently have a windows computer so I don't think I can verify for WP8, but I can document the platforms that I can verify here.
