What to do for missing daily data.

When we move to weekly spc data we will have one data point for each patient on a ward per day. If we have a patient where data appears to be missing for a day what do we do? For example:
patient 100 is admitted on the 10 of May. All targets set is true for the 10th of May and we have another data point for the 12th that says all targets set is false then a third entry on the 13th all targets set True. But we have no entry for the 11th of May? Do we say all targets set is False in which case all targets set would be 50% Or do we just ignore it and get all targets set 75%

There should be no missing for this metric. They either meet all targets set in the required validity timeframe or not. So partially set targets or none set at all should all return the same outcome if 'NOT SET'.
