Review attribution of Spritz/Klein FB1 vs FB2 datasets

We need to review the attribution. It does not seem correct to me. There are a lot of datasets with early accession numbers (100 range) that are attributed to the Spritz/Klein FB2 spoke which seems wrong to me. They seem to be ones that got revised (xxx.01) so I'm wondering if we then misattributed them to FB2. Not sure. Also there is a FB00000892 dataset that was curated in 2017 but is attributed to their FB1 spoke. Not sure if that is correct, it could be, but there must be some explanation then.
