The `evaluate` method of `XPathElementEvaluator` was removed in lxml

In some places in pyoai’s source code, .evaluate has to be removed because this method call was replaced in lxml with a call of the instance itself.

Hi @bronger (and anyone else reading this) — I work at ETH Library Zurich and recently published a maintained fork oaipmh focused on bringing it onto current Python and tooling. More details on what was changed and the reasoning behind it are explained in our README.

The fork replaces those XPath.evaluate() calls with direct callable syntax, which should address the issue you describe.

The package is published on PyPI; the public API remains unchanged, so migrating is just a matter of swapping the existing dependency.
