Remove experimental feature 'Subclassing Specific Representation Models'

This feature is marked as experimental because it uses an internal Spring-Hateoas API. Because it is not clear how long this internal API is available and because the benefit of the feature is not clear it makes less work and headache to remove the feature with the 2.0 release.
