[BUG]: `symbol_lookup_error` in running the rust examples

Description

Trying to run the examples.

I am again trying to run the rust examples but I get symbol_lookup_error

I followed the [ setup ](https://dev.ingonyama.com/setup) and installed the cuda backend and then ran the example.

Reproduce

clone the repo and run the rust examples. I ran these on the server provided by the team.

What version are you running @0xnullifier? Looks like a mismatch between frontend and backend

How can I check the version it came preinstalled on the machine by the team? The frontend I am using rust which only requires the backend

So @LeonHibnik I solved this by downloading the latest backend it must be a different backend. I tried this earlier also but it never picked up the path from env

when I put the backend manually by adding
icicle_runtime::load_backend("/home/utkarsh382004/icicle_backend/icicle/lib/backend")
then it works but when I do this with env variable ICICLE_BACKEND_INSTALL_DIR it does not. here is a ss

@0xnullifier It looks like the path you gave with the environment variable is different than the one you used hardcoded:

• Hardcoded - /home/utkarsh382004/icicle_backend/icicle/lib/backend
• Env Variable - /home/utkarsh382004/icicle/lib/backend

It seems that when you are using the env var path, ICICLE can't find any libs there so it defaults to the /opt path where there might be preinstalled incompatible libs.

Try using the same hardcoded path in the env var and let me know if that solves the issue
