INJIVER-1621: Upload QR Code gives invalid error message in Offline Mode

Description:

1. Open INJI-Verify application
2. Click the Upload QR Code option
3. Disable the internet connection
4. Upload a valid QR code image (JPEG/PNG)
5. Proceed with verification

Expected:
The system should show an appropriate error message for the verification

Observed :
Error message displayed: “Aborted (both async and sync fetching of the wasm failed). Build with -sASSERTIONS for more info.”
