INJIVER-1622: Upload valid claim 169 QR code shows invalid result intermittently

Description:

1. Open INJI-Verify application
2. Click the Upload QR Code option
3. Upload a valid claim 169 SD-JWT VC QR code
4. Proceed with verification

Expected:
The system should consistently display:
“Congratulations, the given credential is valid!”

Observed:
Intermittently, the system displays:
“Unfortunately, the given credential is invalid!” even for a valid credential
