INJIVER-1623: Scan QR Code feature returns invalid result for valid VC intermittently across multiple camera scenarios

The issue is observed during the automation execution of multiple scan-related scenarios:

• "Verify the scan feature with camera 8mp"
• "Verify the scan feature with camera resolution of 2mp"
• "Verify the scan for valid qr code"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open INJI-Verify application
2. Navigate to Scan page
3. Click the Scan QR Code option
4. Scan a valid QR code (valid VC)
5. Wait for the verification result

Expected:
The system should consistently display:
“Congratulations, the given credential is valid!”
and show a successful verification indicator.

Observed :
Intermittently, the system displays:
“Unfortunately, the given credential is invalid!” for a valid QR code

Verified the issue in the latest build. It is occurring intermittently, and its severity appears to have reduced. Reopening the bug for further tracking.
