names are not dedupted when merging scenes #27

  • if two branches add a node with the same name in the merge preview this causes this error
  • Godot dedupes the names and if you save it again this is fine
  • Bigger problem: If you don't have the file with the name conflict open you can merge the changes and only realize the problem later
