`pushwork sync` not syncing

I pushwork-sync my tool. It says:

But using my tool, I get:

Error loading tool designtoucher: 404 https://patchwork.inkandswitch.com/automerge/automerge:44mtPn9kZuobKH3wFc2vyqewyqD4/dist/assets/tool-DEtMBwwt.js

When I load the root URL in Patchwork, I get this tree:

So, indeed, there is an outdated "tool.js" there.

Re-running patchwork-sync, it just says "✨ Everything already in sync!".

What's interesting here is the index.js is pointing to a file that isn't there, so it must be up-to-date. We're committing locally and then waiting for a sync-per-file... Hmmm! Let's diagnose a bit live if you can.
