Task: Design New Component: ino-banner

Description

The ino-banner component is a new addition to our component library, aimed at providing users with important messages or notifications that require immediate attention. Banners are commonly used as middle-interrupting messages to convey critical information or prompt users to take specific actions.

Acceptance Criteria

• A new design for the ino-banner component is created
• The ino-banner component is designed to be prominently displayed at the top of the screen, ensuring visibility and prominence.
• Each banner can contain one to two actionable buttons or links, allowing users to take immediate actions in response to the displayed message.
• Design elements such as colors, typography, and layout adhere to our design system and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across the application.
