Votes on previously hidden note not visible to participants

The problem

When moderators vote on a note that is hidden (i.e., on a hidden column), and is made visible afterwards (by making the whole column visible or dragging it onto a visible column), then the vote amount isn't visible to participants until reload.

Moderator:

• create note on hidden column
• create voting
• vote on that note
• end voting
• make note visible

Participant:

• won't be able to see the votes on that note
